$CATAR didn’t launch against SOL. It launched on StonkFun against USO, a Solana token that tracks the United States Oil Fund: the ETF that holds crude futures. The pool is CATAR / USO. You buy the cat with oil. You sell it for oil.
The token itself withholds 3% of every transfer — buys, sells, wallet to wallet, on any venue. It’s Solana’s Token-2022 transfer fee, so no app can route around it.
The pot builds until it’s worth selling, gets swapped for USO, and lands pro rata in wallets holding $20 or more of $CATAR. About 2.5% covers network and operating costs. Nothing to stake. Nothing to claim. It just arrives.
